A $75.00 deposit for our Multi-Day Trips must be paid at the time of sign-up or you may pay the full amount at that time. We would appreciate it if you would pay by check as it makes bookkeeping easier. Please remember to book your trip as soon as you decide to go. All trips have to be paid 1 to 1&1/2 months before trip date unless otherwise stated. This will cause less cancelling of trips for not enough interest. We recommend that you take out insurance at the time of deposit for full coverage on longer trips. If we cancel a trip or the tour company cancels, you will receive a refund.
